I wouldn't attribute the failure to that; I don't think we can know for sure why. If it were a matter of mathematical percentages, no one would bet. Some people prefer to play on a site that has higher HE because it has better software or a better VIP program, better customer service, or other reasons. In any case, I think the MW team will be analyzing what's happened to improve in the future.
Well, you have added another key point here. The VIP loyalty program of MetaWin wasn't good enough in my opinion. But they have made a lot of changes recently by
reversingmodifying the VIP bonus system. There is also a great UI update of the reward page. Now it is a lot better than before. MetaWin hasn't taken any bold steps yet to attract the mid-bankroll gambler. Initially, they had given away free money to get the VIP users of other casinos. Then they offered high roller VIP transfers. I hope they will also come with a decent offer to attract gamblers with a mid-bankroll.
