Do you know how many houses that have been ceased by the government that you know nothing about? If they don't tell you, how will you know that they've confisticated it? The condition for ceasing bitcoin from people is when it's discovered that such bitcoin is gotten in a wrong manner. For instance, if the bitcoin is gotten through theft In instances when a particular kidnaper is arrested and upon investigation found to have some amount of bitcoin in his wallet. Such bitcoin can be ceased and it becomes the property of the government. The issue then is that we have security agencies that will carry out such cessure and will split the ceased bitcoin within themselves such that the information n very gets to the public.

That's the reason why even though there are instances of bitcoin that's supposedly ceased by the government through security agency, it doesn't really go out to the public domain.

The question is, how many African country have adopted bitcoin the way we have? It's rare to find. Everything takes time and only works well with the right set of people in position to effect such policies. With the people we have in position of authority, it's going to be deficult to talk about we getting a bitcoin reserve at least at the moment. Maybe in the future, we might see that happening when we have core bitcoin enthusiast sitting at the head of affairs of our nation but till then, we can only hope that there's no policy that's against the free usage of bitcoin In our country.
