I’ve been seeing a lot of AI agent projects trending lately. It feels like this could be the next big thing. Not long ago it was Xeleb, and now there’s World3, which can take a project from a white paper all the way to working code.

It makes me wonder, if AI agents can handle everything from planning to building, does that mean we’ll need less human expertise?

If someone works closely with AI agents, how do they actually work? And what are the main pros and cons of using them?

It's not a perfect system, you really need to understand on how to create this AI agents, meaning somehow you need to be smart and tell it what do to in order for it to run it smoothly. So it's not as easy as it sounds if you read in social media about AI agents, there is a learning curve on it.

So I don't think that humans will not be needed in the future. On the contrary, to run this AI, we still need to be there for them to function. Remember that we are the one who design them and for all we know, we are still on top of the food chain.
Humans will definitely be needed to operate them but i think if the AI industry continues to grow at this pace, less humans will be needed for operational tasks.

That’s why we’ve been seeing different arguments against them lately. However, i see this as a positive signal to invest more in AI projects, might check out one or two because most AI projects that listed this year have been performing well. A lot have fell on my radar and after some DYOR, i might dive into WAI, seeing the strong performance it’s maintained and also given it also got a candybomb ongoing on Bitgetbitget through which i can basically trade and earn the tokens. You can let me know if you have more AI  projects with potential.
