I don't think Garnacho wants to force a move out of Manchester United, Amorim doesn't want him in the team and so far no suitable club has officially come for him. So it seems like his giving the club an option, either they help him broker a deal between him and Chelsea or he remains at the club.

He definitely wants to leave, like what other better explanation for that statement? Amorim has made it clear that he doesn't have him in his plans for this season which is true and this very player need to appear in the upcoming World Cup which is why a more playing time is needed badly so staying at Old Trafford doing nothing won't guarantee him a selection in the national side. As it is every player is looking forward to play in the World Cup so it has to happen for Garnacho to leave and Chelsea are the only club currently looking to get him, only issue is that the Blues are still thinking and no bid yet that I have seen. The only option that's happening is allow him go or he won't be part of the team and thats the same thing we are seeing at Newcastle concerning Isak.
