Because one thing that leads to selling off someone's bitcoin investment at early stage of accumulation is when you turn yourself to a watch dog over the bitcoin market, and monitoring the bitcoin market is what attract panic. See the best way to invest in bitcoin is when you invest in bitcoin for long term 4 to 10 years or longer, just keep on accumulating bitcoin and hold and forget about the ups and downs in bitcoin for you will still make reasonable profit provided you have accumulated a good portion of it and hold for long term.

It's running into days since I check the Bitcoin daily market Price unless on days that I am trading or getting involved in discussions that requires me to mentioned the current price of Bitcoin, if not, I simply avoid checking the market since majority of time it gets you worked up having such mentality of checking the Bitcoin price and worrying about it performance.

Exactly checking the price of Bitcoin all the time is not good and one can be tempted to sell off one day if they see the price of Bitcoin going down, newbie and people who are early can easily fall victim of this so it is not really necessary to check the price of Bitcoin all the time. Whether you check the price or not what you invested will always be there and since you are investing with the long term mindset you don't need to worry yourself because the price will go up after dropping to some point that is Bitcoin for us.

It is only a trader that cares to know the current bitcoin price at every given time, an investor that approach with a long term run only go to bed after investing because they are sure of bitcoin potential in a long term run, therefore aren't bothered weathered the price goes up or down all they are concerned of is steady accumulation of their portfolio to any level that they desire.
