(as it's specifically about the forum), so I'm moving you again, sorry.
Having said that, as long as it's Bitcoin related, I think it can be
askedposted in
`Service Announcements
` (otherwise it must be in the Howeverorg/index.php?board=197.0" class="ul">Altcoin variant). Announcing a service isn't seen as promotional,
since there isat least, not if done in a
normal fashion.
The only thing I'm not sure about is the price pool,
as I'm not sure if the giveaway rule apply
(since that would mean it has to be under Games and rounds).
