Ever since i introduced my friend to the DCA method of trading in btc he has been having some good turn up but he was asking me if i can loan him some money so he can add up to boost his staking so please guys how do i go about it should i give him or i shouldn't.

Never lend your money for investment purposes. Because in reality, investments should be well planned based on a person's financial situation. One cannot force themselves to invest with loans, whereas if you want, you can actually use your own money for investing as well.
Your friend should learn how to manage risks, especially regarding their finances. They should not become so obsessed with DCA that they do everything possible to continue doing it, even at the cost of neglecting their troubled finances.

It's not that OP's friend is obsessed with DCA strategy, it's that neither he nor OP understands what DCA is. Investors with full and correct knowledge will never borrow just for DCA, because DCA is considered an effective strategy for those who do not have much capital, new investors, long-term investment with income. Borrowing money would defeat the purpose and meaning of a DCA strategy.

Also, investing with borrowed money without a clear plan is a bad idea and decision. This is a sign of a gambler looking to get rich quick rather than a long term investor.
