That is true and don't forget that in Amsterdam he primarily worked with young players who accept authority without questioning it. He then tried to talk to Manchester United players the same way and it is well known that he quickly found out how it did not work. Neither did the Manchester United bosses happily listen to him, nor did some of the star players. However, star players is probably the wrong wording here because they played crap. But it's still not the same thing whether you try to teach a 17 years old player or Cristiano Ronaldo.
