But one thing is for sure, I'll separate being a big fan of a particular club from being a gambler.

Looking for the transfer window activities transfer each club before expecting with their performance next season, usually if any team sign several top players have opportunity with consistent performance next season and so far we can see from Manchester City have stable performance.
But not easily for predicting with premier league club and you can see first games week have promotion team success defeating the top team, but for La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga I don't think difficult for predicting which one team as the winner. In my opinion to predicting any team next season look how many top players signing, recent pre season matches result and the opponent team face.
