That's true, not only to the forum alone should we exercise this same caution, but on the overall time we spend being on the screen even outside the forum, we could see the impact of social media today in our society, as everyone is striving towards been a partaker of one or more advantages coming from it, since they can now incentivise from contents and the likes, however, we must be able to create a balance between the time we are going to be in the screen to that which we may spend in doing other vital things each day, as they use to say, too much of everything is bad.

We can't afford to see any part of our eyes damaged, that is why prevention is better than cure, we should enlighten others on the benefits of taking care of the eye and the necessary preventions against excessive exposure to screen light, so that we can enjoy the benefits of a healthy visual sight, we shouldn't be at the verge of losing it because we stand to correct it.
