how do you expect it to have an impact in the market? Most people misunderstood moving bitcoins from one wallet address to another and buying bitcoins. When a coin is moved to another new address, it won't have impact in the market because it's still same coins but if it was to be a bought coin, definitely it will have little impact in the market because 3000 bitcoins is huge.
