It’s most likely just a clickbait title. If someone actually expects Satoshi to respond to them, they’ll probably gonna have to wait a whole lifetime. But expecting Satoshi to come back is deluded but it’s more deluded to think that if Satoshi were to come back that he’ll reply to just one person then disappear again
