Can you please clarify and help me understand what they did wrong here? PapaBet announced its presence here and said there would be a mysterious gift for BitcoinTalk users. This is not an incentive for forum members to post on their announcement thread. But yeah, they represented themselves in a post; it seemed that way.

Basically, the free raffle contest on the games and rounds section works the same way. All the users have to do is, create an account, post a number and post their usernames. But yeah, these are not announcement threads.
