The last one that comes to mind because I've seen him active is Excimer, but with brand new or newbies, I don't think the moderators usually think that much about taking action.

Yeah what I'm trying to mainly buttress is that the forum cares less about them currently than before. Administrators aren't that much bothered about them anyway more since a majority of the time most of them are on ignore. The most important thing is not to feed them.

They create a post or thread to stir unnecessary things then we could simply hit report to off topic. Replies feed trolls and ignoring them bores them out. This is the current situation of things on the forum (in my opinion at least).
