It is normal that any coach who takes on a team from the beginning of training to lifting of trophy needs to be retained or there will be an extension of contract for that coach because he or she has all it takes to nurture a team to victory. I guess think it really a great idea to be optimistic about the super Falcons coach futures with the teams, from what i saw i thier recent success i think it kimda of likely that the coach will be retained or have thier contract extended, the coach ability to build and nurture the team has yielded positive results and consistency is the key in achieving success in tournament.

If he was a coach that got signed without knowing much about the falcons his results might not be this good, alot of coaches today who are serving his club remarkably started somewhere in the club, either was a formal player of the team or was under there main coach working and learning knowing fully well some day they might be promoted to the main coach of the clubs so actually I believe that was how the falcon new coach started because he was there assistance head of coach before but now after all that has understood about the players it wasn't a difficult thing for him again.

I think in addition to i think him was also been friendly and familiar with the teams just as you have made mentioned the coach had long time know the player staffers, and other teams, pulse i think the coach has established relationships with the player.
