Had tried to download the discord but seems to be too heavy for my phone as my device has already been filled up with lots of things in it.
I found it very weird why they don't have to be active on the live support rather one has to open discord to Lodge their complaints. At least there should be two way access to live support instead of only discord.
That's unfortunate. What about your PC? an alternative is to access it there, you can login through your go-to browser or by downloading the app. The former would be the easiest as you don't need to download anything.
I agree, live support would be so much better as it would be more accessible. I hope MetaWin's on-site support would come back soon.
