If I could remembered vividly those who were removed or demoted from merits source was a reason of being inactive, so what sense does it make of giving someone who is not active on forum a merit source? Knowing too well that they aren't active to do the free will task they assigned for. To me it would be best another user from Same local board applied as merits source then he should be removed and move to the active users since forum is not accommodating any form of inactiveness or holding positions without being active and even though it's a self willingness, there should be a form of dedication to the entire system to show the needs for accepting such positions. Therefore, I support your opinion to remove him to give active users who would be that willing to carry out the task correctly without being inactive anymore.
Intention has never been removed from this spot, so there's a need for an update about it as mentioned, unpaid job often affect people who are struggling financially and may not have enough time.
However, if someone has responsibilities they must prioritize their time I have information about @irfan_pak10 he regularly comes to telegram, but that's okay I have good insights and information on the rules of merit source, and forum which helps me understand better now.
Thanks to many members feedback and criticism my knowledge has improved significantly, and it will be helpful in the future during my stay on this forum I'm also grateful to @EFS for mentioning that creating a merit system is not an easy task, often requiring months or years, which isn't a good deal.
Similarly, I thank @nutildah for pointing out some valuable insights about our community I hope members will try to increase their knowledge and do better work which will help them here.
Some members provide excellent support which is also helpful because it boosts confidence in the future If I feel anything is wrong I'll address it and have good information and knowledge from members who are always willing to share their expertise with the community.
