No, it's not 100% delusional, they did process withdrawal until July 2025 inclusive, and since then they stopped.
They tried to make it work but it's impossible.

They made so many mistakes, allowing users to roll hourly (and not daily), keeping the very minimum prize at 1 satoshi and not less, not doing enough monetization and more.

In fact, if you dig into this you would see they shut down their DOGE site many years ago:

This was the very first main flag, the writing was on the wall, for a very long time.

Anyway bottom line, yes, the silence is strategic, if they would say their business is closed that will be the final nail in the coffin, they are trying to avoid it but once again ticking all the wrong boxes here.
