In their FAQ, they claim that the deposit and withdrawal process is "seamless" which suggests that they are instant which appears not to be the case, unfortunately.
Hopefully, you are facing this delay because it’s your first withdrawal and they need to make some checks and that your next withdrawals will get processed instantly!
It has been almost 12 hours now but my withdrawal is still not successful and is still pending. I have messaged customer support but have not received any reply from them within 12 hours.
