I mean, who even told them that gambling is a way to get exceptionally wealthy? How did that mindset grow so popular and strong in some local communities that they all get so drunk in addiction, that the governments have to place bans and limitations to it? It's like 0.9999 - ish and you're not even going to get a chance out of millions of turnovers!
