Thanks to everyone that cleared me on this, maybe is the phone ip address is a fairly used phone.
Charles-Tim well next time I will post something like this in the Nigeria board, when I entered this place I saw that things like this is discuss here so I just decided to bring it up, I have been going through all the place one by one.
Thank you all and God bless you all amen.

Op, you are correct. It is not from your fairly used phone. No Nigerian can successfully register in the forum without using a VPN.
In the other hand, it is not the fault of the forum. It is because Nigerians use shared IP address assigned by the major ISPs in the country.
So, some addresses blacklisted in the past will obviously affect new comers.

Are you new to the forum?
Because from what I'm seeing I don't think you are actually a new person on the forum, it seems you have been here already because you just registered on the forum yesterday and you already know the specific board to make this kind of post and you have already found your local board within the space of 24hrs. Did you spend the whole day here?
This your reply has nothing to do with the issue raised by Op. It will be fine if you tackle the issue raised by Op since it is valid and birthed out of ignorance.

Discuss something like this first on local board next time.
This topic is fine here Op discussed it. Op wasn't talking to Nigerians. The Op thought Nigerians were restricted the reason he/she decided to post where the admin will read.

I am really not aware of this registration challenge.  When I joined this forum newly, I had a really smooth registration process, reason I can not obviously relate to your complaint. This really has nothing to do with Nigeria as a country. It could simply be an IP problem or even a temporary network problem you had, but somehow connected when you used VPN, thereby giving you that false believe that it had something to do with your location.
This is related to all Nigerians. You were either connected to VPN or Tor browser, or you were whitelisted or someone helped you to create your account.
I was actually whitelisted by upgrade00 when I was faced with the evil fee challenge.
