Yes, it’s about the Mysterious Gift promo. One of the requirements was to post your user ID on this thread after completing all the other requirements. This is against forum rules (I quoted the relevant rule above).
The promo has ended and PapaBet already removed that part from OP. So, nothing to worry about.
I'm pretty sure you hadn’t noticed it, otherwise you would have informed them about it.
