It has been nearly three weeks since your post. Do have any update with regards to taking them to court? From what I have managed to read and understand, it seems as though the matter remains unresolved and that is quite disappointing. It is not going to be easy to take an online casino to court therefore it should be the last resort because of the time, energy and effort (as well as finances) you have to dedicated to court cases.
