Has there been anymore communication on unpaid Starbets.io withdrawals with affiliates or players?

I'm now waiting for a BTC withdrawal for 12 weeks. Support is unresponsive or do a copy/paste response with no ETA. Tried the Telegram chat but was blocked for asking when it would be processed too many times. Their 'VIP manager' said to DM him but stopped replying & won't confirm it will be processed or when.

The BTC pool is now up to enough to pay out but I don't think they will. Very hard toCan't get any response from them - untransparent & very unprofessional. Basically theft ofwitholding player funds if they're not going to respondindefinitely without explanation or confirm withdrawals will be paidETA. Are there other players still waiting & are they going to pay older withdrawals?
