It doesn't matter the how you chose to spend the money on bitcoin accumulation. Bitcoin investment methods made provisions for all of that, it depends on how you the investor want to go about it. If you want to go with the lump sum method it's fine, if you want to go with DCA it's also fine. It's just like someone who use the elevator and someone who uses the staircase. But in the end they are going to meet at same spot. The choice of what method to use is your own and nobody can make that decision for you. Once someone becomes very comfortable with a method, like DCA, they can continue using it without switching to a new one as long as they can afford to buy Bitcoin more regularly, following their own plan. I also like the DCA method, although I don't condemn other methods as long as they're comfortable for anyone. However, when it comes to Bitcoin accumulation and long-term goals, DCA can provide greater comfort for anyone who uses it.

Apart from Government and institutions the rest of the investors or almost all investors uses the DCA method but they always front load whenever there is Dip. One funny thing is that the more people are scared when they see Dip the more serious investors are happy and will be taking advantage of those opportunity because they may not see them again. DCA method is very convenient even though government don't use this method but as an Investor you don't really need to rotate on other investment method rather you can just front load when there is Dip.

Government uses DCA strategy to accumulate Bitcoin there's something I want you all to understand using DCA strategy of accumulation does not mean that you must accumulate bitcoin weekly or monthly if you are accumulating Bitcoin once in every 6 or 7 month you are still using the DCA bitcoin accumulation strategy, this is what most government do they don't buy weekly or monthly they mostly buy once in every 6 months or 7 months or even 8 months.
Country like El Salvador there government is using to DCA strategy to accumulate Bitcoin however like I said they don't do it weekly or monthly.
Some people believe that if you are using DCA strategy to accumulate Bitcoin then you must be accumulating weekly or monthly and anything apart from that is not Bitcoin accumulation strategy which is not true, DCA Bitcoin investment strategy (Dollar-Cost Averaging) is a simple method of buying Bitcoin in small, fixed amounts at regular time intervals, no matter the price and so if someone buys Bitcoin once every 6 months or even 1 year with the same fixed amount, they are technically using a DCA strategy, just on a very long time frame, and this is what most government that are accumulating Bitcoin those.

Your explanation as boldly underlined is not different from a lump sum buying strategy of Bitcoin. I get it that Everyone may have a different perspective or view regarding DCA strategy but the facts is, your explanation talks more of a lump sum strategy than that of a DCA strategy of buying Bitcoin. To my own understanding Lump sum strategy is when an investor put all of his funds to buy Bitcoin at once. When an investor only buys bitcoin once in 6 months or 1 years,he is practically buying with the LUMP sum strategy. However an investor that's practically accumulating Bitcoin using the DCA strategy doesn't buy Bitcoin once in 6 months or a year rather he is consistent in buying Bitcoin weekly or once in every months depending on the inflow of his Discretional income.
