I totally agree with you on the part been highlighted because it will serve as a document containing all your life time fortunes (assets /investment) in life so that if eventually you aren't there any more, someone dear or very close to you can still get access to your funds to finance any financial challenges that might surface.

however it become more painful and seems meaningless when all that you have labour for just go down the drained when you are no more due to families and close relatives not able to access your asset.

You can't just allow your asset to go down the drained because you are scared of entrusting it to a family member. I understand the risks involving a family member to know about the value of your bitcoin asset and how to access it. They may start having dubious plans to eliminate you just to have quick and full access to your wealth . If you don't have a close relatives or love ones you can entrust your wallet seed phrase containing your bitcoin asset before your absence,you can simply write it on your Will by entrusting it to the Less Privileged or Orphanages homes. With this your giving back to humanity by donating your asset as a charity to Orphanages homes instead allowing it to waste.
