Osassuna could be considered to be one of the headstrong mid teams in the La'liga and I had expected that they would give Real Madrid a hard time even if Real Madrid might win the match. I recall they were same team that trashed Barcelona 4:2 in their first leg last season in September, it was in their second leg that Barcelona managed to win them with a lone goal. So it was very likely that without that unnecessary tackle on Mbappe that led to the penalty, Real Madrid wouldn't have scored any goal and the match would have been a goalless draw game.
I know many of us here might misunderstood me but don't we think that this match might have a lot of things to reveal on xabi side, I know that it is too early to conclude things, since that's the case I want wmat this to lie low first to be discussed in the coming days, Osasuna tried their best but it wouldve atleast ended on a draw that would've been better for them although losing with a penalty makes me believe that they prepared for the match, criticism is part of football and for a team to improve and know that the fans are very expectant, Realmdrid will have to do more, there game pattern hasn't really changed but let hope that in the coming days, they will perform as we expect.
