In the past year and a half, there have been many issues with freebitco. Sometimes, withdrawals were delayed, but all delayed withdrawals were processed in a few days.
This time people are reporting they have not received their fund after more than 20 days.

It seems that access to their hot wallet is limited to just one person who accumulate requests for wiithdrawals for several days then processed them all in one day. People got familirized with this and stop posting accusation threads because they all know they just have to wait. Even this cannot be considered as scam behavior but unprofessionalism that will destroy the platform's reputation over time.
