You've already answered your questions indirectly, to claim those tasks, you should have some TON on the wallet you're using which would serve as fees to claim the rewards, however incase you don't have that yet you could perform other tasks, I can see a task on that image that's yet to be claimed, just follow SIDUS HEROES on Twitter as instructed to claim about 300 SOON points. There's also some quests that could give you 2k and 1k points respectively you should do them too. So far I've been able to claim 10k plus points, getting closer to the 50k required points to enter season 3.

In other words, you use the TON to fast-track it or engage in tasks to get it done at a slow pace. Although some automatic redirecting to one's attached TON wallet could cause confusion of it being mandatory, but it is not.

Terming all altcoins as shitcoins is being misled and peddled by Bitcoin maximalists and bigots, it now depends on the investor to use their senses. Bitcoin is by far the best, and there are too many shitcoins among altcoins, but at the same time, we have enough good coins/tokens. Are SOL, ETH, BNB, TON etc. shitcoins? We should not deceive ourselves even if they want us to believe so.
