I don’t think Erik ten Hag will be able to do anything for Bayer Leverkusen, because he was not able to do anything this season. So, it will be very hard for them to even make it to the top five in the season. Although, when he was the coach in Manchester United, they said the load was too much for him at Manchester United. But for now, we all know if the Premier League pressure was too much for him, then the Bundesliga will be easy for him. But as we all are seeing now, I don’t think anything good will come from him.

Currently he's been judged by his pre-season matches but that's not how it works he could end up having a very good season with Bayer Leverkusen, I'm not saying they're going to win the Bundesliga this season cause Bayern Munich are still in a good shape for that, Kompany winning the previous season would encourage him to want to win it again consecutively.

Well I'm very sure that with Erik Ten Hag, Bayer Leverkusen would finish in the top four, they might not be able to win the title for now but if they can give Ten Hag a team of young talents like he had at Ajax a team that he can control without having dressing room issues then maybe he could win it in the future.
