Every player in South African team did great job and everyone was in good form which shows they really deserved to win. With scoring 296 runs they put much pressure on Australia and their bowlers were also excellent at protecting that score which made by batsmen. Australia had very difficult job trying to get almost 300 runs. And they lost but they still showed they are strong team. So this win of South Africa is showing that good teamwork can beat strongest opponents.

Without their regular players, Australia looks really weak. Aiden Markram, Temba Bavuma and Matthew Breetzke took advantage of this, as all the Australian bowlers except Matthew BreetzkeJosh Hazlewood got punished by the Protean batsmen. Ironically, part-time bowler Travis Head was the most successful bowler for the Australians. Ben Dwarshuis and Nathan Ellis are very popular in various franchise T20 leagues. But I don't remember them performing consistently at the international level.
