I'm almost sure it was me who handled that report. I marked it as a bad report for the reasons Maged stated above.
Also, lately I've handled a lot of your reports and from what I remember, that was the only one I marked as bad.

Ah ok, I see where I went wrong on those. I guess sometimes it's a tough call on some instances, but hopefully I wont make the same mistakes now.
