Why should you be pessimistic about Leverkusen this year? Anything can happen, isn't it? We shouldn't underestimate any opponent. Bayer Leverkusen have been overhyped and also underrated in the past years, you know why? They've been underperforming since triggering the sellclause of most of their important players. Leverkusen have done their best to fit in but it doesn't seem like they're fitting in currently, struggling to meet up and having absolutely everything to worry about this season. It's not possible because that's not how things works here in the football space. Perhaps we've seen survival of the fittest but Bayer Leverkusen just have to be extremely patient with Erik Ten Hag pattern to win games this new season, there'd still couple of time for him to deliver the club and triumphed in his managerial role.
