Customer support is a core part of user experience, and we know it’s often where many platforms fall short. We’re already working on optimizing our response times and scaling the support team to make sure players get fast and helpful replies — not generic delays. As long as your support is good, people may like you even if your platform lacks something. To me, a large casino is nothing without having a working and friendly support team. Look at the scam accusation board today, you will notice a lot of scam accusation threads against some so-called big casinos, and I figured out that at least 80% of these scam accusations came to this forum because of their poor customer support. The support could have solved those issues within their website, and these scam accusations would never have appeared in this forum. So as I said, I would expect you guys to keep up your good customer support. Also, consider running some promotions on the forum so people know that there is a platform named Bitz!
