I'm a Real Madrid fan and even though I'm aware that some of the criticisms Xabi Alonso have received since the club's narrow wins in their league's opener came from fans of the club, I don't think he deserves to be criticized at the moment. This is his first season at the club and we all know, he has his style of football which many refer as "Xabi ball". He's obviously trying different options to know which is best for him. I believe he'll make a great manager for Real Madrid and win plenty trophies at Santiago Bernabeu so why criticize him this early?
Real Madrid are determine to win games and going more smoother when it comes to excellent performance. They just need a formidable path to follow and only the manager can provide this aides for them. Talking about Xabi Alonso, he's been extremely good in his former club but coming to Santiago Bernabéu, alot is expected from him. Xabi Alonso, let's give him time and watch how he will be able to fix the club because since the exits of Carlo Ancelotti, Real Madrid have find it extremely difficult to bounce back to their heels. They've been having inconsistent performance and stats not working according to plan this season, but with all hope alive, a winning is been directly made and confident.
I am aware that Real Madrid does not have stability yet after Ancelotti and the person who must gather the group is Xabi Alonso. Taking into account his experience, he has sufficient experience, but in the case of Bernabeu, the situations are more demanding. The positive sign is that the wins are positive but still not enough to deal with fears of inconsistent performances. We have to allow him time in order to create a more stable rhythm in Madrid.
