I recently encountered an ad from youtube about a gambling platform and it featured a very popular celebrity in my country. It was short but a good amount of time was dedicated at the end warning gamblers that gambling will not be the solution to their financial problems and it will not improve their economic status. It got my nod of approval because it really is that easy. But some governments still think that this kind of warning is not enough for gamblers to stay responsible. But don’t you think that a constant reminder can wake someone up from delusion? What do you think? Is this enough or should there be more ways to promote responsible gambling?

I think there should definitely be more promotion towards responsible gambling and how to avoid the dangers of falling into a gambling addiction. Not only would it help people but it would also show the gambling company as a business that worries about its users mental health, prioritizing their well-being over profit. And I do not think that the companies that do this would lose money, in fact, they would make more money because of greater user retention and far less animosity from disgruntled gamblers who will not only will never gamble on their platform again, but also damage their reputation any chance they find.
