At first I didn't want to believe the news because I heard it from a friend at the initial stage until I read from the internet. It was a bit shocking to me because I can't imagine Arteta has spent such an amount and he hasn't won a single premier league title. And yet people said Pep Guardiola was buying the league with money. But here is Arteta who has spent more than him and yet he haven't won one, but Pep Guardiola has won many league titles. In the end money alone don't get you a trophy.
