Btw, one thing I don't like about them is when accessed the site from a restricted country it doesn't give you any kind of warnings. Used a VPN, changed the location to a restricted country, still no warnings. So I hope, in the future, they would add a message to warn users if something like that were to detect.
I don't think casinos warn users when IP addresses change. If the casino doesn't block a country, then you can access the website accordingly. But if the country blocks the website like a casino, then you can't access the website anyway. But in their terms they definitely list the restricted country. Otherwise you should have access to the sites. No warning doesn't mean it's safe; it's your own responsibility to make sure of where you can access their sites.
Most probably you can't verify your account from a restricted country, but sometimes you may play from there. Once you verify your account from a non-restricted country and the site allows you to use a VPN, then you can access the site even from the restricted country. But you need to read carefully about their VPN terms. Otherwise you may fall into trouble when you win big.
I didn't mean it like that. If one visits a site, just to look around, then that should be fine. But when trying to login or sign up they should be given a warning if restricted region detected. Many casinos does shows warnings, I believe, and even when visiting without signing up. But yeah at the end of the day, it's the users responsibility to ensure that he is accessing the site from an unrestricted region.
But let us not forget, casinos does track ip address, right? So if I were to access the site from North Korea (assuming) then I deserve a warning.
I was referring to this below. I get this when trying to access a site. It's a casino site btw.
