West Ham's main weakness in both matches was their defense and goalkeeper. We saw against Sunderland that West Ham lost 3-0. An interesting thing is that in this match Sunderland players only had 3 on target shots.
If defenders were doing their work properly, we couldn't have noticed the error of the goalkeeper. But seriously speaking, that goalkeeper is a complete joke because every direct shot at him is a goal. Westham appointed Poter to make a change but it seems he will lead them to relegation if things continue this way.
During the transfer market, Potter was busy surrounding himself with his former players instead of going for more qualify players. How on earth did he made that decision to buy a third choice goalkeeper from Leicester City and make him the first choice at Westham United? Who in his right senses does that? I can't imagine buying a new goalkeeper and concedes eight good goals in his first two matches. That's incredible!
