First, freebitco still has a large user base traffic because of the old reputation built over years of running as a free btc faucet, and from the still running refferal program. Second, there should one or two persons only who control the platform so this is why there is a lavk of communication even though withdrawals can be processed in an unditermined time period. I am somehow sure that only one person has access to their hot wallet, so he collect withdrawal requests for let's say two or three weeks or even more, then send the withdrawals in one day.
