I believe the major reason why some people decide to opt for altcoins, which of course gives the opportunity to make those baseless comparison is because, many people believe that Bitcoin is now to expensive to accumulate and hold, which makes them feel like altcoins are a much better option since they are way more cheaper. But of course we already know that only one who is ignorant would have this perspective of Bitcoin and crypto currency at large.

For me, bitcoin is the best coin in terms of security and privacy as well as the safest investment in the crypto market. But I don't hate investing in altcoins and bitcoin being the best doesn't mean altcoins aren't worth investing in.

Whether to invest in altcoins or bitcoins will depend on each person's choice, finances and preferences. People who choose to invest in altcoins are not necessarily ignorant. For example, if you only have a small amount of money and you are willing to take a risk for a higher return. Speculating on altcoins would be more suitable for you instead of bitcoin.

Bitcoin still has growth potential but we need to be realistic that it is no longer cheap and small, and it will not be able to make us millionaires with small capital anymore.
