We always talk about addictions, about how to gamble to achieve better results, but the topic of what goes through the mind of a healthy gambler is almost never touched upon.

Healthy gamblers are the majority. I wonder if there's something we all have in common that keeps us on the right path and never oversteps our limits.

Perhaps it has something to do with the time we dedicate to gambling, whether we do it for fun, or even if we have other things that take up most of our free time, like family, sports, exercise, or spending time with the people we love.

In real life, the work that has to be connected with different tasks regularly is a job, this work has to be done regularly, due to which it is possible to stay away from gambling for some time. All those people who repeatedly think about gambling or betting are definitely addicted to gambling, here we must stay away from gambling addiction, for this we have to remove the greed for money and the greed for winning.

As a general dynamic, I'd like to know what you do when you're not gambling. I mean, I don't expect you to tell me about your life. The question is more focused on: What activity you do is above gambling? I mean, something you prioritize in your life more than gambling, or what you like to do. What would make you stop watching the Champions League final, for example?

Whenever the greed for money works inside you, you will immediately get involved in betting again and again and bet more money, so that your chances of losing are high. Gambling is such that you keep yourself calm and bet small amounts, so that if you lose once, you can get involved in gambling a few more times after a long time. Because when you have a shortage of money, you will become disoriented, as a result, there will be a possibility of getting involved in bad things, for this reason, every person should be careful about gambling addiction.
And finally, I would like to say that if I realize that I am showing signs of addiction, I distance myself from gambling and other games.
