And I just got to know that they are shady after reading a few last replies in this thread right now. How is it that the victims haven't opened any scam accusations against them yet. There is way much visibility in the scam accusations board and the topics can easily show up in the search engine results.
With the scam accusations, we also use them to create trust flags.
why should ppl open scam accusations when a site is new it would bring nothing there is nothing u can do anyways besides hope at this point
You in particular can open an accusation topic because you are a victim of their unprofessionalism that lead to a suspicious attempt to scam. You have been waiting for a longtime and have all the evidences. In the accusation board there is a sticked topic containing a form how to post your accusation.

This has nothing related to licence. An accusation thread is an alarming indication for community to clear the truth of any service. It will act as a reference source for both users who want to comment on the case including the service itself to defend its position, and users willing to create/support flags against the service.
Otherwise, if the service has an activity licence and you create an accusation thread, this won't make them use their license unless someone take the evidences with that accusation topic as a reference to the court.
Some of you guys may think that those in Betmanor management still learn how things work out. This is not true. They are familiar with forum policies and know well how to use most of forum posting features. See op posts how they are nicely designed. They also know about promotions and how to communicate with the gambling community here. I can expect those are alts of some old forum users who wish not to use their official accounts losing reputation for a scam project attempt.
