A password manager is never a secure storage from the get-go, and the issue of vulnerability has been happening for years. This is why I am surprised a forum member opened a thread months ago saying "storing your seed phrase in a password manager" while some consider it to be extremely secure.
I am glad you opened this topic so people can understand the facts about password managers vulnerability instead of the misinformation.
And whatever password is safer than you are using, it is still very unsafe to keep your password saved in a messenger, and people here need to know the dangers that come with it. When it comes to saving your password, saving it online is not the best thing to do. is to save them offline, and I know that there are people who will still auto-save everything, not considering the risk that it comes with, and they even go to the extent of saving their seed phrase online because the moment it gets exposed, everything will be gone, and the fact that the password manager is very vulnerable because it is connected to the internet, so people should know the dangers of doing such an act. People should know all these things before they make a reckless move.
Yes, you're right. The sad truth is that most people in the crypto space are unaware of the danger and never dare to research its drawbacks on a password manager because most people in the crypto space seem to be too lazy to consider such a thing, but can spend 6 hours analyzing the market's next trend.
What I am saying is that they focus on the big thing that involves money and ignore the minor aspect that could lead to big losses.

Password manager helps with ordinary passwords, but when it comes to seed phrase, which is master code to digital wallet, then password manager probably is not  best one to use.
Nevertheless, the password is never something to use for a password, a seed phrase, or any other thing because anything kept in an online device is never secure from the get-go.
This is why i like the concept of the OP creating a thread that elaborates on the danger in using a password manager, although the vulnerability is not something new, but most people seem not to be aware of it.
