Sounds indeed have a way of elevating the experience of gambling, not just gambling, even watching sports without the commentary and chants of supporters is a totally different experience. This is why games have a sound to improve the experience.
It has been part of the ways of how we gamble and it's a fact that without such, gambling isn't exciting anymore. And that's a good comparison with the sports commentary.

It's true that there is no life if there are no commentators or those people who tells the play by play even if they're already visible to the watchers.

The excitement is there when we hear those sounds and noise and that's why it is also playing our minds and emotions when we hear them.

Football might be a relevant example. Spectators enjoy the game more with the voice of the commentator. As a commentator, Peter Drury is one of the best in my opinion. He manages to convey every moment in a unique way, sometimes even creating unforgettable narratives. This certainly also increases everyone interest.

Teams playing in front of their own fans usually perform more dominantly, and the players are more motivated to win the match. I think this is another example of how influential the sound of the fans can be, and perhaps certain sounds can also be addictive. It seems that almost every game in a casino has its own distinctive sound.
