If we look at men side, Trent Rockets faced difficulties in defeating Welsh Fire squad and match had reached very close stage before Trent Rockets won it. Welsh Fire squad was begun match first with batting inning and they collected 150 scores after playing 100 deliveries with lost of 6 batter wickets. Sam Cook played important role in this victory and he picked up 2 significant wickets. Trent Rockets squad succeeded to achieve all scores with 1 delivery and 3 wickets. Joe Root and Tom Banton both build strong batting partnership and both collected 64 and 32 scores respectively.

The winner of the 28th game of Hundred Men's Competition was Phoenix who chased down the target by Manchester Originals in just 83 balls. Originals opened with Salt and Ben but lettre couldn't perform well as he lost wicket after scoring just 2 runs and the first partnership was of 29 runs. This partnership was because of the Salt aa he scored 31 runs then further wickets were lost at short intervals without any major contribution. Two of the middle order players scored some runs while rest of the team struggled. The bowlers eliminated 7 wickets and this innings ended at 109 runs.

Phoenix's three players were enough to chase the target. They opened with Will and Ben with a 19 runs partnership as Will was thrown out at just 13 runs. Ben was the top scorer of the team with 49 runs then further support by Joe chased the target in just 83 balls and they won this game.
