I'm sure LM will try to help you but I really don't understand why you would publish a thread with basically no information whatsoever.

In the subject I mentioned “trouble with access to crypto deposits in shuffle.com” . I sent crypto to shuffle wallet address , I can even see on the blockchain that it did send a was received by shuffles wallet. I do not know why they havnt credited my account . Their live chat is 0 help.

LM reached out with the TX ID and I can see you made a large deposit and it was credited to your Shuffle account correctly. I can also see you wagered the funds and lost this on sports betting.
