This is a lesson to official representative to be honest in their role to gain the trust of the community. We all know that first impressions are essential, and casinos live and die on their reputation.

I believe that’s a fair point, and let me clarify. I first shared my personal story of how I came across this project, reached out to the team, and then—by their agreement—became an ambassador. It’s also clearly stated in my profile description that I am the ambassador of Qzino, and all of my following posts here have been written in that role.

For me, and for the entire Qzino team, reputation is extremely important. That’s why I am transparent about my role and make sure to address feedback and concerns openly.
