Although those who are underage and not upto the age of gambling shouldn't be allowed to gamble and of course it would affect their mental thinking knowing too well that their age is certainly a limitations and can't handle things of gambling. But for those who are already 18 and above can likely gambling but sometimes their power to make sound decisions could be hard because they knew that primarily they aren't mentally matured and could either affect them in decisions making.

That is the problem because gambling is now very common and accessible to anyone at any time, including young children, so they will ultimately have free access to it.

They should not be allowed to do so, but with the ease of access available, it is very difficult to implement measures that explicitly prohibit children from gambling, even though there is KYC in place. However, this can be circumvented, and in practice, that is exactly what is happening now.

Sometimes, even minors who don't fully understand such matters can be influenced by their peers due to a negative environment, and it's undeniable that this is the case in my current surroundings. Some of them are even willing to gamble without spending their own money, using the excuse that it's just a game, and there are those who deceive their parents. It's heartbreaking, of course, but ultimately, it's very difficult to anticipate such situations.

That is true and kyc may not only be the limitation for underage gamblers, most times they could like decide their parent and use their details to gamble without knowing that the person behind the accounts is not actually the real owner, so what modalities do you think can be deployed to reduce underage gambling, do you think live kyc verification, that is video kyc where the system would have to request for the facial verification instead of just documentation?
I think if this is deployed there could be a minimal rate of underage gamblers, as it could be hard to maneuver.
