Liverpool was able to defeat Newcastle tonight and grab all three points from the game but honestly, I think the result wasn't convincing enough.
This is their second game of the season and in both occasions, they had to rely on late goals to earn maximum points. Arne Slot is a great manager who I personally think out did himself last season by winning the English Premier League in his first season and I still believe he has the tactical prowess to successfully defend the title this season but if his team continues to let in goals like they've done their first two games of the season, I doubt he succeed.
That said, I think Mohammed Salah is yet to pick top form this season. He's not been doing the magical moves he's known for but looking at him, I think he's hungry for goals and is very likely to improve just to get his desire.
